Bread & Letters was founded from a simple observation: most businesses spend too much time on repetitive, manual work that could be automated. Having spent over a decade in contact center operations—starting as an agent and growing into leadership roles—I saw firsthand how much time was lost to spreadsheets, email chains, and manual data entry.
I started building automation tools to solve these problems for my own teams. When a simple eLeave system reduced admin time by 70%, and a quality monitoring tool increased coaching sessions from 44 to 117 per month, I realized these solutions could help many more businesses.
